can’t see anything, no dark mode... want 5 stars? you'll get it with dark mode

Don’t download Olight. It’s not worth the $10 coupon to be constantly logged out or having your cart emptied when you open Olight . It’ll mess up your wheel spins too so if you care about those don’t use Olight. All it does is loads the website in a SUPER bloated application that doesn’t offer any benefits, only headache and disappointment.

Seriously, DO. NOT. DOWNLOAD. Not worth it.

First, I should not have to click past your store to control my light. there's nothing more to say on that.

My issue is that every time I open Olight , it shows my light as off-line and will never reconnect. I have to remove the device and re-add it every single time. I wouldn't even bother with Olight except that there are some animations that are only available there.

Get rid of the storefront and coupon games and fix the one function I need.

I don’t even know how to explain how to make this any better. I would say refer to the Govee app on how to control a LED light. There is literally like four options of colors, you can’t save any of them as presets, you can’t program presets into the light itself when trying to change colors with the light button. Please please please update this. I have heard of so many complaints about this very thing all over social media.

App needs a lot of work very disappointed

Olight assumes a screen size larger than 4.7” and it doesn’t scroll so the iPhone SE (2nd gen and 3rd gen) are unable to use the current version of Olight .

I wanted to start it and say I’m not review bashing, just a frustrated fan. When I originally heard about Olight releasing I was excited to download it. Mainly because this makes getting the 50 o coins for a daily login super easy as well as spinning the prize wheels when they show up. Only two days so far have I been able to actually spin the wheel. Most of the time the free spins won’t register and then it won’t actually spin once I obtain the ability to. The functionality of Olight needs work and it needs some ease of access organizing. Big fan of you guys, I know you can achieve an amazing app, it’s just not very useable yet. Would still rather go to the main website. (Which has the similar frustrating layout but the functionality of the site and links work.

I’ve never really had a problem with Olight except for when I would try to talk to CS it would erase everything I wrote and I’d have to start all over again after like 10 seconds of trying to type…and now they did an update and I can’t use Olight at all! It keeps saying “Update” with a big box and like an airplane thing on it so I click the “Update” button and it brings me here where it says “open” and I keep getting the same thing with the “Update” box and I don’t understand why?! It’s been like 2-3 days now that this has happened multiple times and I can’t get on Olight at all! So I have to go through the website and get on this app! Can someone please tell me what’s going on here?! Expecially with OFan Day tomorrow and all the stuff thats going on?! I don’t get it I really don’t! I’ve been a loyal customer of this app for YEARS! please can someone help me figure this out?!?! Thank you sooo much!! this app IS THE BEST EVER!!!! I love this app!!!! And their CS’s!!

Olight is okay, little clunky to add a group, go to the device. It’s not under groups weirdly. I wish the spheres would be more in sync as well. Work in progress I suppose.

This is one of the best companies and they Continue to innovate by creating new lights tools and knives Olight makes it so much easier to browse their inventory and see upcoming sales

I love the new app. Makes it easier than logging in daily. this app is the only light that I buy!

I've always used this app's online store (olightstore.com) when shopping for the latest and greatest illumination gear or “edc”, but having a native iOS app that offers a quicker shopping and browsing experience, with notifications about ongoing sales and brand updates, is so convenient! Additionally, Olight allows you to control your connected this app devices, such as the Obulb Pros, all within the same app. No more juggling between different apps for various tasks—the central app feature is a great idea. However, staying updated on this app products may lead to some serious damage to my wallet! Lol! 😅👍🏼

this app makes incredible lights and deeply cares about the users of said flashlights! Olight is a great compliment to the website and Facebook group allowing all of us flashaholics instant news to new lights and the best deals on the best flashlight brand….this app!

They have great flashlights and do frequent sales. I interacted with customer support twice and they were able to help me extremely fast. The loyalty program is a really nice bonus. I love when they do free patches and keychain lights.

They have amazing flashlights with new ones coming out all the time. I love the magnetic charging. The customer service team has been amazing. They are quick to answer any questions I might have. Flashlight giveaways are almost monthly

I recently purchased the arkfeld pro and the clip. Love them both use them everyday. Can’t get into Olight though. Just released an update this morning and it just displays update but I already have it. Can’t get in.
