I have a problem with my Arkfeld Pro light. The main light is not working. Both the UV and the Laser are fine. The battery is fully charged.
Where do I take or mail my Seeker 3 for warranty repair? The user manual lends no addresses and the online site doesn't open a link for Arizona. Light doesn't go on. Ordered a battery, and still nothing. Was a present and hardly used it.
I cannot get my Warrior ultra to change to all of the modes. No matter what I try. This includes the tail button only works in momentary even if I just tap it quickly. If I push the tail button in it only goes to strobe. Can you contact me, Thank you
I have previously purchased several olight lights; Seeker Pro and Perun 2 head lights and highly recommend. How ever I recently purchased an Arkfeld Pro with a very low power detail white light. The pointer is excellent as well as the blue light. Can you help with the weak white detail light? Perhaps I need to upgrade to Ulta model.

I don’t even know how to explain how to make this any better. I would say refer to the Govee app on how to control a LED light. There is literally like four options of colors, you can’t save any of them as presets, you can’t program presets into the light itself when trying to change colors with the light button. Please please please update this. I have heard of so many complaints about this very thing all over social media.

Doesn't work like it should

First, I should not have to click past your store to control my light. there's nothing more to say on that.
My issue is that every time I open the app, it shows my light as off-line and will never reconnect. I have to remove the device and re-add it every single time. I wouldn't even bother with the app except that there are some animations that are only available there.
Get rid of the storefront and coupon games and fix the one function I need.
