How to fix Olight app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Olight app on iPhone
Update Olight app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Olight iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Olight on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Olight network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Olight Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Olight not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Olight App
1. On android, goto Settings » Olight » click [Force Stop]

Update Olight to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Olight App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Olight » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Olight.

Fix Olight unable to contact server/ Olight internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Olight » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Olight » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
