This is the second time I use this email address to register this app. First time I enter a redeem to fain total 20G of storage, yet 2days later I shrink to just 10 GB. Then I turn on auto upload to upload my pictures, which took days to upload just 5 pictures. Better yet, now I can’t enter the account without re-register it. This is not supposed to be the HP I known…

Barely functioning

When using myHPcloud on an iPad, the upload functionality only allows you to upload media such as photo, and video. However, it does not give the option to upload files of other types. In addition, app needs to be updated to allow other apps to send documents for upload (as similar apps such as OneDrive and Google drive have done).
