This model is run using a stateless GPU so no data is stored except for the
active chat history. When you hit that "clear" button, we delete the data from
our database permanently! The goal of this app is just to open up access to the
amazing new model that is out there :).

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent ChatMistral app issues:

Force Stop the ChatMistral App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click ChatMistral app. » click "Force Stop".

Update ChatMistral to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ChatMistral App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "ChatMistral app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch ChatMistral.

Fix ChatMistral unable to contact server/ ChatMistral internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click ChatMistral » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got ChatMistral » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ChatMistral on android.
