Close and restart the Claude app on iPhone
Update Claude app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Claude iPhone app

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Claude app issues:

Force Stop the Claude App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Claude app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Claude to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Claude App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Claude app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Claude.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Claude » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Claude » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Claude on android.
