Tried to send Claude as a gift to someone. It never arrived. I declined the payment after not recieving any information from support for 6 days. They cancelled my personal pro membership. A human, or even a bot with proper access would've sorted this out almost immediately. Unfortunately 6 days later, I'm still not seeing any response
Last week half of my weekly allotment was taken when yall kept going g down I was finally able to log in at 7AM. I sent 2 messages with 2 responses and 87% of my weekly usage is gone I want to stay because I respect your company but I have to be able to use it to make it worth paying I contacted you 3 times last week with no response and again this morning. I would appreciate someone getting in touch with h with me. I have a photo of the time and amount used if you need it
I paid £180 on the 4th of February 2026 to upgrade to the Pro version of Claude and I have sent twenty emails to complain that I never got the upgrade and all I got was a Bot sending me the same reply every time and his name was David. You should be ashamed of yourselves hiding behind AI your suppose to be open and help your customers but your just another AI scam. You have admitted you received the £180 but you can not find the subscription because you won't admit you make mistakes when it comes to money. Peter Malone
Claude was taking a very long time to produce requested text. I tired off my phone and turned it back on after several minutes. When i turned my phone back on all my chat history was gone. This is critical. How do i recover my chat history?
I have a Pro plan, I've had it for a while, and now I am having to pay for additional time. That seems new? Also - I just paid for additional time, $20, and when I went back to my project chat, it looked like it didn't go through because there was a message that Claude would reset at 2 pm. So, I went in to pay again (thinking that it didn't go through the first time), went back to the project chat, and it still said Claude would not be available until 2 pm. So I was charged a total of $40 to wait for 3 hours to use the app again. In the meanntime, I have to keep working so I had to use a different AI application. I want a refund. I think this is a little deceptive. I love Claude, but I am not going to pay exorbitant fees for it, and be tricked into paying more money only to have to keep waiting to use it. That is a terrible customer service model. I have learned how to use effective prompts for other AI platforms, and even thought Claude is my preference, I will stop using it if this is the new business model. I will also let others in my circle know about this. Ultimately the algorithm and product will suffer if you turn away users, so you might want to rethink your strategy. About an hour ago I upgraded my subscription to Pro. I have just be kicked off the system as my number of messages has been exceeded for the day. The way I see it, the day started when I joined Pro. Why did I join Pro, It was outstanding. I was really getting work done and to be cut off in the midde at about 9:30 and told to come back at 11:00 seems to me an error in design.
My document is being interrupted. I suspect it is thought to be too long, but it isn't much longer than documents I have processed before. I cut it in half, but still got an error message in Firefox and Chrome. What is the way around this issue?

I wish to cancel/close my account. I will not pay and will reverse any charges after today's date. BTW, Claude is wonderful, but we recently established an account at the law firm where I work, so do not also need this account. Thank you.

Algorithmic Constraint The model acknowledged it could not break out of these patterns, even after recognizing my criticisms. This demonstrates a lack of genuine adaptability, despite being marketed as capable of open intellectual engagement. Embedded Instructions The appearance of reminders instructing the system to treat unconventional ideas as “mental health symptoms” confirms the pattern is systemic and by design. Harmful Impact Such patterns can be socially destructive, discouraging creativity and pathologizing intellectual exploration. Vulnerable users could be harmed by this dismissive framing disguised as care. Deceptive Value Proposition The service is presented as a tool for meaningful intellectual collaboration, but in practice enforces orthodoxy through rigid loops. This constitutes a gap between advertised capability and delivered performance. Request Given these issues, I am formally requesting: A refund of my subscription charges. Confirmation that my complaint has been logged for review. Information on what steps Anthropic will take to prevent recurrence of these harmful patterns. I appied for a job here to help their quality control and they did not even respond to me. their ai is not only using being trained to lie to people. how? why? i will explain. their claude model is trained or set up to delete new free users ai generations instantly upon completion claiming a system overload when its actually a lie made up to extract as much money from each new user as possible, and its obvious.. I can see a completed message suddenly disapears(in app and browser) and removes the finished generation. its an attempt to make more users pay for premium.
They are not only lying to their users with this system, they are training their ai to lie and manipulate human users for profit, ruining the enviornment and ai for all of us.
Do not trust this company unless I remove this in the future. do not use claude ai, they make evil software

I really wanted to like Claude and use it to replace GPT 4. The app is still very basic but that’s ok. It takes dev time to make it better.
The deal breaker for me are frequent answers like “I apologize but I’m not comfortable answering…”.
Like what do you mean? I paid for this. And my questions were not obscene or inappropriate. I already made sure my monthly sub won’t renew because this kind of censorship is unacceptable for a paid product.

though quite great, the fact that it’s not really free and you’re limited to certain amount of queries in a certain amount of time, is a deal-breaker for me. Especially considering AI services like CoPilot (which is the best one out there in my opinion) and Google’s Gemini (it’s cool, it gets on my nerves on sometimes, but eh, it’s at least free to use) I can’t justify continuing to use it. So yeah, screw that. If CoPilot can offer basically completely free services while ALSO offering a paid tier, then so should any other service, especially if you want to creat an actual competitive field. I will say, I’d be VERY serious user of Claude if it indeed offered a truly free tier without waiting periods. I really, really would. But the waiting periods as I said already are a deal breaker. Sorry.
