It's literally been almost a whole month since I requested a return for my order and never go it?? Nor did I get the item either. Not only that but I've been getting random purchase notifications on cash app too. I'm not saying that CNFans is the cause of it but it has been happening ever since I made my purchase. I spent about 15 dollars which I could rlly use rn :/

US customs sent my parcel back to this app due to “prohibited items”. I purchased clothes and shoes (yes I purchased insurance). I reached out to my agent the day it was returned and they responded later that day saying how they have it and can resend it but I have to pay for shipping again. I told them they should refund it and store it back in the warehouse and I’ll use another carrier. It’s been 1+ week and I got back no response. Multiple messages ignored, hundreds of dollars worth of items gone.

This is the worse agent. Extremely slow and horrible customer service. Never ever respond on time. Garbage lazy agents.

I ordered 2 shirts and I went to check out, payed, and they never asked for my address or nothing. Nor have i gotten a refund.

Waited over 2 weeks for the items to get in my warehouse. The shipping is extremely slow and the agents take forever to respond. Better to buy retail then to use CNFans.

So around last month on the 23rd I made a big haul and now it’s the 17th and almost a week from now I would mark the one month anniversary and I know my hall won’t be here by then because this is the slowest agent ever. PLEASE I advice you guys to spend money on somewhere else

My package was sent with a poorly made label, the shipping company notified me that it could not be delivered due to “insufficient address”. I contacted CN Fans support and they told me that the package would be sent back to the warehouse and that I would have to pay for shipping again for something that was not even my fault. The worst application.

Lost both of my accounts Lots hundreds of dollars because of bad services and CNFans stopped letting me log in. Not trust worthy don't use!!!!!!

Buying items on here is TERRIBLY SLOW. I waited 7+ days just to have an agent buy my items. There is no reason it should take that long! Another problem is that they do not take paypal!!! There are so many risks because of this. Honestly just use sugaroo or a different agent.

I gave it a chance but it’s been more than a week and idk I would change my rating if they advance with my order

Everything is easy and fast, my clothes got to the warehouse in 2-3 weeks. And the prices weren’t as bad as Pandabuy.

This is my first time using CN fans and it takes a while for the GC pictures and the whole process to be done but shipping is like 10-15 days

this app replaces pandabuy and does it better in almost every way. If your package is returned, your given your money back. (With package insurance). I was given a explanation on any item i brought before buying also.

I love how this app is a app where it’s easy and simple to use Also to find your products it’s pretty easy you can just get a picture of a product you like and put it in the search bar and their costumer service is good as well everything is simple and self explanatory.

I’ve recently bought jordan 5 off whites that came spot less right along with jordan 11’s that were 1:1 for my brother and also a pair of grey birkenstocks that also came 1:1, as well with this order i ordered 3 pairs of psd underwear that were amazing and cheap (6.47$) . parcel for this haul came to about 45$ with insurance. Took a while to come but other than that one of the best hauls ever i came from pandabuy and i can say i definitely like this app way better! I’ve been using this app for a bit and got a haul coming in but some things need to be added to be able to hold a good foundation. First is the ability to save items or sellers to have them organized. Second is QC pictures of the product to see how it looks like. Third has to better customer service but I know this comes with time as this agent develops.

My experience with this app was very positive and overall a great experience. I had two agents order my goods for me and both of them were very polite and clear in their communications. When one of my orders had a supply chain problem, my agent quickly was able to respond to it and get me a full refund. The refund process itself was actually really fast and the money was back in my bank account within a few minutes.
