Never got my return money

It's literally been almost a whole month since I requested a return for my order and never go it?? Nor did I get the item either. Not only that but I've been getting random purchase notifications on cash app too. I'm not saying that the app is the cause of it but it has been happening ever since I made my purchase. I spent about 15 dollars which I could rlly use rn :/
