US customs sent my parcel back to CNfans due to “prohibited items”. I purchased clothes and shoes (yes I purchased insurance). I reached out to my agent the day it was returned and they responded later that day saying how they have it and can resend it but I have to pay for shipping again. I told them they should refund it and store it back in the warehouse and I’ll use another carrier. It’s been 1+ week and I got back no response. Multiple messages ignored, hundreds of dollars worth of items gone.
ALSO BEWARE OF THE FAKE REVIEWS, CNFANS USES BOTS TO GIVE FAKE POSITIVE RATINGS.

My package was sent with a poorly made label, the shipping company notified me that it could not be delivered due to “insufficient address”. I contacted CN Fans support and they told me that the package would be sent back to the warehouse and that I would have to pay for shipping again for something that was not even my fault. The worst application.

So around last month on the 23rd I made a big haul and now it’s the 17th and almost a week from now I would mark the one month anniversary and I know my hall won’t be here by then because this is the slowest agent ever. PLEASE I advice you guys to spend money on somewhere else
