It is as useless as t*ts on a snake. Clearly designed to minimize HCP interaction time and access, as well as appeal to the 10 second attention span these days.
In my day, computers provided the data you ask for, not dumbed down data some script kiddie thought might be good.
I am looking for a new HCP network that does not use it. It is that bad.

Numerous problems resulted from BIDH's new computer system software. Removal of my cast after joint replacement was delayed by 12 days because of computer error. My O.T. Appointments were deleted from the system without ever notifying me. A message I sent to my therapist was never received in her inbox, and was sent back to me over 10 days later, as if it were intended for me. There needs to be a real human overseeing patient care so patients do not fall through the cracks in your computer system.

This rollout of a new digital medical records system for Beth Israel patients is professional malpractice! I did not keep track of all my problems, tests, procedures, visits, communications, with you because I could access them thru the patient portal. You were keeping them! Now every time I have an appointment, you ask for all that information regurgitated, while it sits in your files but is unavailable to your new system? Pathetic! at best. Irresponsible! Perhaps even criminally negligent? And from your Q&A it sounds like all “old” info will be unavailable after a year? All my historic health records? You will receive from me a request for my entire medical history, printed out, or in a readily convertible digital format.

I’m trying to find blood test results and hospital/urgent care progress notes from before the transition to this new system & can’t access them. Wondering if my doctors can. Very frustrating!!! Will this change?????

MyBILH seems to work ok. It doesn’t seem to let me reach out to my Dr directly. I am able to respond to a message, but get no where the other way.

There is a great deal of useful functionality in MyBILH. I left off 1 star because there is no way to copy a care provider in on a message. I could do that in PatientSite. Now I have to send duplicate messages to three separate members of my care team. That is tedious.

Need everyone to participate in timely manner

So far everything’s great except for when my doctors office and I tried to send each other attachments in the messages not all attachments load.

this app makes all health things in life easier to navigate, from booking appointments to seeing test results!

I love the new app. It’s a lot easier and more manageable. I can understand everything. Every detail is perfect.

My appointment was with Dr Lederman. The minute I arrived in his office I was amazed with the process of my visit from check in to the completion. Dr Lederman made me feel very comfortable & really wants to get to the bottom of my pain. I had blood work & then an MRI done His staff was so helpful & pleasant. Nancy was very pleasant & took the time to show me on where I needed to go within the hospital. As she was taking me she would noticed other people along the needing help with directions and she would help them with a warm smile. Everyone in the hospital, including the cafeteria, all had smiles on their faces & would reach out to make sure we didn’t need any help. I can’t say enough about NE Baptist. I am so happy I have chosen NE Baptist for my medical needs.

Really pleased that the Dr and health care system moves to this platform . Easy and intuitive to use - particularly on the phone

I want to express my gratitude to Dr Hezel for his extraordinary attention and his professionalism I was suffering for a terrible knee pain for more than 18 months but after my only one visit and treatment, I am feeling great I recovered my normal life without pain. Thanks to Dr Manning for her wise referred with Dr Hezel definitely both are the Best !!!!!

MyChart App has been both efficient and effective in keeping me up-to-date with my medical info. It’s intuitive design makes it easy to navigate, and the timely notifications ensure I doesn’t miss important updates.

My chart lets me keep track of test results and provides an easy way to contact my provider when required. It also lets me pay my bill online. I recommend it!

I found the application easy to use for messaging, and test results. One can see the current test results and how they are situated within the desired ranges and can also graphically compare to past ones!

I really like the ability to access my medical information from multiple different places on one platform. Even providers in other states are accessible through MyBILH . I can see all my information in one place.

MyBILH has a lot of information available for all of your medical visits and a great visit section so you can see all upcoming visits and also past visits. You can also contact your doctors thru the messaging section of MyBILH .
