MeKo iPhone Issues and Solutions

Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever MeKo app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix MeKo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MeKo app on iPhone
Update MeKo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MeKo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MeKo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MeKo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

MeKo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MeKo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent MeKo app issues:

Force Stop the MeKo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click MeKo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update MeKo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MeKo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "MeKo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch MeKo.

Fix MeKo unable to contact server/ MeKo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click MeKo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got MeKo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MeKo on android.
