The transaction history on HometownCommunityBanksApp is a mess. The dates for transactions are completely out of order, making it nearly impossible to figure out when purchases were actually made. Some transactions show up days after they happened, while others seem to be randomly shuffled. This makes it really frustrating to track my spending or reconcile my account. A banking app should prioritize accuracy and clarity, and HometownCommunityBanksApp fails on both counts. Please fix this—it’s basic functionality!

This is the new version of the Hometown community Bank app. This is an update from the antiquated and old system that they were using or bill pay. While Bill does work a little bit smoother, HometownCommunityBanksApp itself is still antiquated and awkward and it’s use there. Much better apps out there but unfortunately, a few bank with this bank. This is HometownCommunityBanksApp you get.

I find navigating this site is too confusing. I have not been getting an email from you when a transaction hits my account like I did with your old system. I keep trying different ways to figure out how to do it and all I get is error occurred. I have tried to send you a message twice asking for help, but I’ve never heard anything back. I assume you didn’t get the messages.

I do not like that. I have to use the same app for business and Personal both. I can no longer use Face ID to login because of that and I prefer to use Face ID. You either need to make it so that works for both apps. Or maybe you can make a personal app again as well as a business app

Like most people, I am not big on change and when something is working, why mess with it but I am sure you had your reasons. Everything seems to work alright but if you are looking for improvement ideas; I have a number of accounts, I like them in a certain order. When I scroll through them, the accounts move around and the order gets screwed up. It is a pain and if there were something you could about that, that would be great!

I would like for our bank to be open on Sunday’s again and to be able to deposit checks and cash into our atm

It’s streamlined and all and I know it’s for my own good and it only takes a couple seconds, but I am less likely to monitor my accounts due to the 2 factor authentication. Maybe that says more about me than HometownCommunityBanksApp ?

I like the new changes they made to the bank application. However the only change I don’t like is getting locked out and having to reset the authentication without warning.

I have used this back for years and there is ups and downs .. Deposited A check for a settlement and was not called but mailed a letter and had to contact several people before they would lift a hold on a check it was beyond extreme and when contacting other banks what the back did was not legal ..

Overall, HometownCommunityBanksApp is great. My only complaint is that it doesn’t always remember my devices, even though I select “remember this device.” It’s irritating to have to go through the 2-step verification process on devices I use frequently.

App is so convenient for me, especially now that I have a passcode and don’t have to remember my password. It’s easy to navigate. I can look up what I need. I wish all the bank apps were that easy.

I’m really enjoying the new app that the Morton Community Bank has created. It’s user friendly and no more annoying questions to get into my account.

HometownCommunityBanksApp works very well, can only get better! Had Marine Bank and they got bought out by Hometown Community Banks, and they are a good bank! HometownCommunityBanksApp works very well, and can only get better! A MUST HAVE app if you Bank with Hometown Community Banks!!!

HometownCommunityBanksApp is easy to understand and navigate.
I use the face recognition and it makes me feel my account is safe from unseen prying eyes.

I have several accounts I am attached to and if you place your finger on one too long it moves it up or down where ever I am scrolling. If they would lock in place after you organize that would be great!!!

Use HometownCommunityBanksApp all the time. Dependable. Can deposit. Manage auto payments. Check balances and transactions.

HometownCommunityBanksApp is a huge improvement! It is easy to use and convenient.

The side and the mobile phone is very accessible for the blind, and I can do everything by myself! Thank you
