The transaction history on this app is a mess. The dates for transactions are completely out of order, making it nearly impossible to figure out when purchases were actually made. Some transactions show up days after they happened, while others seem to be randomly shuffled. This makes it really frustrating to track my spending or reconcile my account. A banking app should prioritize accuracy and clarity, and this app fails on both counts. Please fix this—it’s basic functionality!

This is the new version of the Hometown community Bank app. This is an update from the antiquated and old system that they were using or bill pay. While Bill does work a little bit smoother, the app itself is still antiquated and awkward and it’s use there. Much better apps out there but unfortunately, a few bank with this bank. This is the app you get.

I find navigating this site is too confusing. I have not been getting an email from you when a transaction hits my account like I did with your old system. I keep trying different ways to figure out how to do it and all I get is error occurred. I have tried to send you a message twice asking for help, but I’ve never heard anything back. I assume you didn’t get the messages.
