When I open the app, it just says request failed, please try again later (-1003). Is the app not working? I know that the website wasn’t working either.

How to fix BestShort app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BestShort app on iPhone
Update BestShort app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BestShort iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BestShort on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BestShort network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

BestShort Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix BestShort not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the BestShort App
1. On android, goto Settings » BestShort » click [Force Stop]

Update BestShort to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BestShort App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » BestShort » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart BestShort.

Fix BestShort unable to contact server/ BestShort internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click BestShort » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto BestShort » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BestShort
