What good is enabling Face ID if you have to log before it works???? CRAZINESS!! Fix it already!!
XcelEnergy used to have current usage information. Now it is just a rehash of the information in my monthly bill.
It was hard to make XcelEnergy worse, but somehow they managed. All the 5 star ratings must be company employees, because XcelEnergy is still terrible.
All I can say is thank you. I struggled quite a bit previously and XcelEnergy is so much easier to use. Love the improvements in how I can see my usage in connection with when power is cheaper and that my account shows my credit card payments immediately.
It's a simple yet functional App. I like that you can log in with your face ID. As soon as I'm logged in, I'm able to view my current bill details. I can easily pay my bill—I'm literally in XcelEnergy , less than 60 seconds, and my bill is paid!
