- when closing the position, the price is different from the price of closing tab,and this is done in favor of the exchange.

They are ban you for no reason and the profit with your bonus is non-withdrawable! they are thief and scammers! be aware people and don't waste your money and time here

I am writing this review as a warning to others after experiencing a disastrous situation with this app. Their incompetence and lack of urgency have put me in a severe financial burden, and I am still struggling to recover. I was unable to access my account for five days, despite numerous attempts to contact their customer support team. The delay was inexcusable, and the lack of empathy or understanding from their representatives was appalling. To add insult to injury, I was forced to undergo a Live Photo verification process and a KYC (Know Your Customer) process, which I completed immediately. I provided all the necessary documentation and information, expecting that this would resolve the issue. However, despite completing these additional steps, this app still refuses to unlock my funds. It's clear that this app is more interested in creating obstacles than providing legitimate support. Their actions have caused me significant financial hardship, and I am still unable to access my own money. The emotional distress and suffering they have caused to me and my family are immeasurable. I am left with no choice but to take legal action against this app. I hope that by sharing my experience, I can prevent others from going through the same ordeal. _Rating:_ 1/5 stars (and that's being generous) - I WISH THERE WAS A WAY TO GIVE THEM 0 STARS _Recommendation:_ Avoid this app at all costs. I don’t like

Just like the previous reviews.Avoid this app at all cost. Been with them since July was able to withdraw money from them also completed my kyc no issue. Then bam out of nowhere can’t withdraw my funds and hit me with we need additional kyc so I submit my kyc then it goes to Risk control waiting for 5 days like what?!?! I don’t even understand why it goes to risk control when the broker doesn’t even issue margin.i trade numerous types of commodities and securities for a living so risk control really? Nr 2 the money in the account was deposited from my own account they needed proof and they got proof but yet money is still locked. Risk control department doesn’t really have rights to clients assets. “WE” the customers are clients not “YOUR TRADERS” because you guys didn’t isssue us funds to trade with therefore we don’t work for you and you do not have any rights to secure our assets unless there’s a court order issued by lawmakers. The only power that you guys have is to refuse us the service but our asset is still our assets and this app does not have any rights to freeze them. I don’t understand why apple still has KCEX downloadable in App Store where clearly this thing is looking more like a Ponzi scheme.
