How to fix Secret app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Secret app on iPhone
Update Secret app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Secret iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Secret on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Secret network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Secret Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Secret not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Secret App
1. On android, goto Settings » Secret » click [Force Stop]

Update Secret to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Secret App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Secret » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Secret.

Fix Secret unable to contact server/ Secret internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Secret » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Secret » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
