I can no longer login in my nextplus account since two days now. I subscribed for a year period and I’m not finding it funny cos I’m missing some contacts. Pls how do I go about it thanks.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Nextplus app issues:

Force Stop the Nextplus App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Nextplus app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Nextplus to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Nextplus App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Nextplus app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Nextplus.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Nextplus » "Force Stop".

Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
