We having the same issue where it’s turning sideways on iPhone and the picture is blurry. Any fix as yet?

Hi i am having trouble with app since last ios update. When we turn screen sideways on phone we are only getting half a picture which is blurry and there is no way of `returning to the home screen showing all cameras unless we close the app down and re-ope, i have uninstalled and re installed the app and it is still doing the same thing

How to fix Cocoon app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Cocoon app on iPhone
Update Cocoon app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Cocoon iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Cocoon on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Cocoon network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Cocoon app issues:

Force Stop the Cocoon App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Cocoon app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Cocoon to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Cocoon App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Cocoon app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Cocoon.

Fix Cocoon unable to contact server/ Cocoon internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Cocoon » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Cocoon » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Cocoon on android.
