We having the same issue where it’s turning sideways on iPhone and the picture is blurry. Any fix as yet?

Hi i am having trouble with app since last ios update. When we turn screen sideways on phone we are only getting half a picture which is blurry and there is no way of `returning to the home screen showing all cameras unless we close the app down and re-ope, i have uninstalled and re installed the app and it is still doing the same thing

How to fix Cocoon app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Cocoon app on iPhone
Update Cocoon app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Cocoon iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Cocoon on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Cocoon network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Cocoon Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Cocoon not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Cocoon App
1. On android, goto Settings » Cocoon » click [Force Stop]

Update Cocoon to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Cocoon App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Cocoon » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Cocoon.

Fix Cocoon unable to contact server/ Cocoon internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Cocoon » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Cocoon » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Cocoon
