How to fix MultiSecurePro app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MultiSecurePro app on iPhone
Update MultiSecurePro app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MultiSecurePro iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MultiSecurePro on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MultiSecurePro network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MultiSecurePro Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MultiSecurePro not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MultiSecurePro App
1. On android, goto Settings » MultiSecurePro » click [Force Stop]

Update MultiSecurePro to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MultiSecurePro App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MultiSecurePro » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MultiSecurePro.

Fix MultiSecurePro unable to contact server/ MultiSecurePro internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MultiSecurePro » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MultiSecurePro » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MultiSecurePro
