How to fix DreameShort app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the DreameShort app on iPhone
Update DreameShort app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall DreameShort iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix DreameShort on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve DreameShort network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

DreameShort Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix DreameShort not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the DreameShort App
1. On android, goto Settings » DreameShort » click [Force Stop]

Update DreameShort to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear DreameShort App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » DreameShort » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart DreameShort.

Fix DreameShort unable to contact server/ DreameShort internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click DreameShort » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto DreameShort » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
