I bought a week subscription, then made an account and it's not letting me watch the paid content, so I signed out and it still won't acknowledge my subscription even when I click restore purchase. I also don't like that there is no picture-in-picture feature. Please help me resolve this issue about the subscription.
I have paid for a one-week Full Pass and I was able to watch one show. I went to watch another show and now I'm being requested to purchase $40 worth of coins just to watch another show. That is craziness. My one week purchase is not even up yet. Either refund my money or take off the barrier so that I can watch the show

Too expensive

The episodes are to expensive. There aren’t many ways to earn extra coins compared to other similar apps and takes months to watch a full series vs the week it does on my other app. The shows are good but very frustrating when I can’t finish the series. I feel like I’ll eventually delete this app out of annoyance in the coming month. I hope to see some improvement. The product managers would do well to do some UX studies to find if this app has long term viability with the costs so high. They definitely haven’t tested all demographics as those without a lot of expendable income wouldn’t pay these high prices.

The price to watch just 1 film is way over $40. That’s ridiculous. Also, there is no way to get in touch with anyone if you purchase coins and they don’t come through. Would only consider keeping the app if they add a way of getting free daily bonuses. Would never pay for any coins as they don’t get you far into an actual series.

You want to steal our data, and charge almost $100 to watch one show. To call them episodes is ridiculous there four seconds long. So not only is it a ridiculous amount of money to watch some thing that we’re interested in with amateur filmmaking. The pricing is outrageous!!
