My paid subscription for premium service is about to end, but that’s OK. I never could access anything on your site. It’s horrible. It always asked me for a Samsung subscription even though I paid it won’t let me access anything at all ever. I’m very disappointed and I’m telling everybody I can find that your site is has problems
the app keeps freezing every few seconds. I've turned off and restarted he computer.
Kocowa doesn't work on my Sharp Roku tv. When I try to play any drama I get: Error can't create media player Message. The Kocowa app does work on my older version Roku 3 player.

Subtitles not showing for recent updates
Samsung TV, in Chicago, I have year subscription paid. Goes to only plan page and when I got to My Kocowa, it has the dramas I watched, but I can not click on them as it says it does not play in my region.
Ask me to purchase subscription although I already have one. However even if I say yes it does not work.
Subtitles for The Secret House are not working.
It won't let me verify my email.
I just purchased a Kocowa subscription and am in my free trail. The Kocowa app has been crashing my Roku device every 15 min or so right in the middle of playing a video : ( My whole Roku shuts down and has to reboot. Super frustrating. Because besides for that I absolve Kocowa. How it gets sorted soon!
Since the 05/12/22 maintenance I can't login my account . A message shows my email is invalid but it's not. So I can't neither contact the support team cause the "invalid" email.
App not working on phone or internet
I cannot get into my account on our tv or our cellphone. When it does let me in it says: do you want to purchase a subscription. If I press yes, it kicks me out.
