When watching korea on demand 'dramas' on my Ipad air 2, commercials interrupt viewing and can run non-stop. The only way to begin watching again is to close the app and open again. Sometimes, the same problem will occur minutes after re-opening the app. I'm watching the free version so I expect to see commercials. But commercials shouldn't run continuously. I have the current app version. How to fix this problem? Thank you.

We are having issues where show plays fine but the ad will lock up the app. Which makes us have to power down then back up to clear and begin to watch again.

How to fix OnDemandKorea app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the OnDemandKorea app on iPhone
Update OnDemandKorea app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall OnDemandKorea iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix OnDemandKorea on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve OnDemandKorea network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix OnDemandKorea not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the OnDemandKorea App
1. On android, goto Settings » OnDemandKorea » click [Force Stop]

Update OnDemandKorea to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear OnDemandKorea App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » OnDemandKorea » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart OnDemandKorea.

Fix OnDemandKorea unable to contact server/ OnDemandKorea internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click OnDemandKorea » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto OnDemandKorea » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch OnDemandKorea
