Terrible onboarding experience

I am an nri customer and unable to sign up. Contacted customer support and got a response that someone will look into it. Its more than a week and three follow ups. Better delete and move on to some other bank!!
Really o-plus app

I don’t understand why this app developed BOI. It’s just for name sake. Doest work at all. Every time I get server downtime issues. You better bring BOI down. OR else build infrastructure and have skilled people to focus on customers experience.

I have tried several time, disable WiFi, use same phone number to register, texted, kept giving an error about i am not using same phone number!?!!! From usa
