I am an nri customer and unable to sign up. Contacted customer support and got a response that someone will look into it. Its more than a week and three follow ups. Better delete and move on to some other bank!!

I don’t understand why BOI developed this app. It’s just for name sake. Doest work at all. Every time I get server downtime issues. You better bring the app down. OR else build infrastructure and have skilled people to focus on customers experience.
