Close and restart the Figure 1 app on iPhone
Update Figure 1 app to the Latest Version for iOS

Force Stop the Figure 1 App
1. On android, goto Settings » Figure 1 » click [Force Stop]

Update Figure 1 to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Figure 1 App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Figure 1 » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Figure 1.

Fix Figure 1 unable to contact server/ Figure 1 internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Figure 1 » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Figure 1 » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
