- Can’t get to talk to live person to guide you.

- Changed the plan on me when I signed up.

- Calls dropping right and left.

- Other phone number vanished.

- Fax number vanished.

- Inbox is chaotic and lumps together every form of incoming communication.

- Incoming calls don’t display the contact name.

- Not receiving any texts messages for the last two days.

How to fix Spruce app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Spruce app on iPhone
Update Spruce app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Spruce iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Spruce on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Spruce network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Spruce Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Spruce not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Spruce App
1. On android, goto Settings » Spruce » click [Force Stop]

Update Spruce to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Spruce App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Spruce » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Spruce.

Fix Spruce unable to contact server/ Spruce internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Spruce » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Spruce » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
