- Can’t get to talk to live person to guide you.

- Changed the plan on me when I signed up.

- Calls dropping right and left.

- Other phone number vanished.

- Fax number vanished.

- Inbox is chaotic and lumps together every form of incoming communication.

- Incoming calls don’t display the contact name.

- Not receiving any texts messages for the last two days.

Unacceptable that I cannot get spruce to open or work and this is how I get in contact with my clients!

To resolve Spruce network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Spruce App
1. On android, goto Settings » Spruce » click [Force Stop]

Clear Spruce App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Spruce » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Spruce.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Spruce » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Spruce » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Spruce
