Like the idea in theory but seriously poor execution. Reshop won’t even let me sign up. Email isn’t coming through to get through the sign up flow... What a ridiculous waste of time.

Crazy that companies like Alo only administer refunds through third parties.

You cannot receive your refund without submitting your routing number and bank account numbers, a valid credit card, your legal address, your email, your birthday, and your phone number. I repeat, the money that should have been charged back the moment your return was received is withheld by a third party unless you hand over every single piece of personal information.

The “gotcha” is the excruciating attempts to transfer your refund to a “this app credit card.” Returning an item should not be this complicated and invasive. This company should not exist.

This entire app and company is absolutely horrible to work with. Been trying for weeks to get a refund. The company I made my purchase with “teams” with this company to get a refund. I’ve already sent the merchandise back and the company states the refund was sent to this app. this app refuses to issue the refund and I get no help from any entity to obtain this refund. Horrible customer service!

This is a terrible app to use for refunds. Do not use if you have any other options. It’s very glitchy and a huge waste of time to understand. It does not pull up in a comprehensive matter on a mobile device and is extremely glitchy. You’ll find yourself trying over and over again to get Reshop to work in a correct matter.
If I could give no stars I would.

I returned my shoes, then with through the process of setting up my account. Once I had already put my info in it asked for my decor card info, saying that they would charge me if I didn’t return the shoes. The shoe was returned a week ago and there was no way to add the shipping number. So I just called the store back because I wasn’t going to let them charge my card again.

I recently tried this app for this first time and I couldn’t be more impressed. Using this app for my online return was so easy and I got my money immediately back in my pocket. Seriously so impressed. Reshop is also so easy to set up and super intuitive—you’ve got me hooked!

The this app app helped me get my refund fast. Didn’t have to wait weeks like I typically do with regular returns. Reshop is really easy to use and I like how I can track multiple returns refunds with the tracking in one place. Easy to use, get my money back fast, great experience

I love not having to wait for my refunds when I make a return! I can shop straight away for something else. Especially helpful when I’m trying to find a particular piece of clothing, like the perfect dress for a special occasion.

Reshop is well designed to be user friendly and intuitive. I am excited to continue to use Reshop and the product, hoping they expand to more retailers soon!!

The peace of mind and spending flexibility Reshop gives me is insane. It makes no sense that stores would take 3 weeks to give me a refund before……… every store needs to get this app!

Reshop is great! I got my refund instantly and was able to spend the money on new purchases without having to wait until my return was processed. also helps me track all my returns in one place. I wish more companies would make it available as an option

Usually it takes a month to get my refund back. But using this app makes it to be instant. I love getting my money back so fast and simple! Hope this app will be available in all retailers’ website soon.

Getting a refund to a card that I can immediately add to apple wallet and use is incredible! Looking forward to more merchants being added so all my returns can be this fast 🙌

I recently used this app for the first time and had a great experience. Very user friendly app that makes it easy to use.

Gave Reshop a try and loving it. I no longer need to wait for money to be refunded before I can purchase something else I like. Reshop offer the card that is able to get your money instantly if you process the return through them. Then your money is right there for you to use. As someone who does a lot of shopping online, this is so useful. Def recommend!

Here’s the thing. No one wants to get a refund in the form of store credit, or have to wait weeks until the money is in their account- especially when you just want to buy another item.

this app actually lets me get my money instantly (like, within literal seconds)- even before I finish returning the item. And I can re-spend it however you want! This saves me the time of waiting for the return to deliver, process, and credit me before I can buy again.

I saw a few other reviews saying something about it being complicated, which is completely untrue. Even with the card, I was able to spend the money anywhere I wanted.

Love it. Hope they are in more stores soon, it’s the best way to return something today!

I am enjoying this app! I generally hate online returns, but Reshop has helped reduce my frustration. Reshop has a simple return flow and the instant refunds are a pretty neat perk Reshop offers!
