Don’t waste your time, they keep on deduction N2 just to link your card details, which won’t be successful

It’s been 15days now I was unable to sign on FairMoney and it keep saying somthing went wrong !! Please you guys should be carful because I can’t access my 50k on the account for this 15days

You people over withdraw from my bank and still said I haven’t paid up my depth pls look into that and refund me balance

All other banks are telling me the high success of transferring to your account is 30%

They will just receive your BVN and don’t borrow you money please don’t download it

The worst loan app, I applied for a loan I was given a loan and I was debited twice. Second time I applied for a loan I repaid and my loan wasn’t cleared. I hate FairMoney. This is the last time I will be using it

I can’t receive my funds why?

I don’t know why your interest rates is that high, can you guys bring it down a bit?

I have been trying to apply for a loan from the this app app and I have did that twice and I always pay back before the due time, far back before the due time and now I am trying to take a loan I even have access to click continue,I can’t even click continue. It’s stock here for weeks . I have reported so many times and they keep saying the same thing I should update and I have uninstall and install again more than 200 times diversion that the customer support is asking me to upgrade. It is not even finding the play store. I am very very mad with these this app , even after the updates and uninstall several times it’s work perfectly but once it gets the button to click continue to take a loan, it would just stay there without moving any step forward I believe this is been operated by the this app because the rest of the icon and the button is working fine why will it only be the continue?

Most unreliable app ever, I saved some money with FairMoney and on the day I’m supposed to withdraw. FairMoney started glitching and refused to pay out my money, reached out to customer care via email and calls and till now I still can’t withdraw. Worst financial app I’ve ever used. Be careful

To get a loan is bad I kept clicking on continue but not going better look into it. Or you are not giving out loan again to we your customers ?

Why do fair money mobile bank app keep telling me they are working hard to bring all features to iOS . I am about to pay my loan and I can't pay it I don't know why it's keep on showing that way .

I got my first loan today and I was approved for 10k to repay back 14k 40% interest, but that is not the case , now this app has disturbed the money to my this app account whenever I try to withdraw to my other banks it keep saying they can’t verify my account , I have tried like 4 of my banks and same error, I contact once of there customer support on Twitter and he still can’t help me , the loan we be due in a month with the interest if I we not be able to withdraw my fund then don’t expect me to pay back the loan

What’s wrong with your app it’s hasn’t been loading since yesterday and have been doing everything your staff order me to do and yet no changes

I wanted to know how to remove a star rating because i mistakenly sent a star which should be zero star because how would y’all not let me take a loan since a month back and I’ve been taking loan and paying back right on time before the agreed pay back with interest day and I didn’t know how y’all didn’t let me take a loan now when I needed it the most and you know I’d have paid back long ago if you had let me take it back and I have numerous transactions in my history so once I’m eligible again I’m giving your operation services the last chance and I’m locking my account immediately so y’all should work on that….

I can’t tap on any transaction on account history to view payment receipt, this issue needs to be fixed on fair money app for IOS. When I pay someone, I can’t go to my account history to get receipts and show the person my proof of payments, likewise when I receive funds on FairMoney , I can’t tap on the transaction to see sender details, I can only view accounts history but can’t tap on it to view details of payment

You people are very wicked have been complaining about an issue for you guys for over a month yet you didn’t fix the issue
Have already complain to you via instagram,Facebook, and even email that your app is not working on iOS 15 yet uou didn’t fix it I have money there yet I can’t login this is a total inconvenience

Deleted FairMoney and installed it again

I personally think the owner of this app should distribute guns because what is that interest rate, it’s giving thief vibes and why would you guys be able to empty my account before I can even fund my account. Just make sure you clear the loan you deducted the money…. It’s a useless app for new users, y’all can try it out though

I took a loan of 12,000, made a transfer to my
Fair money account and paid but you people still went ahead to debited the same amount from debit card later that day making it double payment. I’ve reached to customer service many times claiming the payment failed while the money is with you guys, please return my money….

I forgot my pin and have been trying to reset it but they refuse to send OTP to my number for the past 3days now. I even reach to the whatsapp support assistant still no difference👎

I try to borrow a loan they are asking me to add debit card before I can take a loan and I don’t have that why are you requesting for debit card can’t you add bank transfer to it cuz I don’t understand why I need to add a debit card first I guess I will just delete FairMoney then since I haven’t taken a loan yet which because am asked to link a debit card

Hello fair money team why can’t I login my account on iOS?

You should add a feature that gives option to use the back camera incase the front camera is not clear or bad cus I’ve not been able to complete my verification since I created an account due to this issue. It’s actually a good upgrade

I was enjoying FairMoney until it required an update, and since I’ve updated it, it doesn’t load contents
At first I thought it was network issues, then I changed my internet connection all to no avail
I see no point why it’s been updated

I got a loan for 150k and total to pay back was 228k which is super high interest rate..

I paid the loan back and I need another loan but they offer me only 6k after they made 78k on me very terrible

I took out a 70k loan for 3 months. I was ok with the amount I had to pay back. So I decided to take out another. This time I was approved for 400k but I only needed 300k. When I went to accept the offer…that’s when I notice that over 9 months I would be paying back over 808k that’s about a 153% increase. Can you please explain this - if I take out 400k loan for 9 months, and I pay back in 4 months, why am I paying interest rate of 17% for the 5 months?

The interest on payment is super high compared to other loan platforms, please work on it I beg you, you make someone scared of taking loans or rather feel disappointed knowing they have to pay very high interest after paying the money they borrowed, instead increase the interest on delayed payment, and give a discount for early repayment base on how early they repay, thank you.

Dear developer. I recently took a loan of 300k which I was given 6 months to pay back over 600k but I paid it within 2 month. When I tried to apply for a loan again I was only offered 70k which is so bad that I’m not sure I can use FairMoney anymore. The loan interest is high but my major concern is why reduce my credit which means it’s unreliable I was looking forward to a better loan but got reduced!

Although I love the loan application details and fast release of your loans but the interest is too high and your disturbance to repay loan is too much please try and reduce both cases thanks

I really love how easy it is to apply for loan and to repay too on the fair money app, but how can I borrow money on the 24th of march and repayed on the 29th march, the next thing I’m no longer eligible for a load? It’s really unfair

FairMoney on my iOS device says I should login on the android if I want to use and it’s not letting me login on my iOS device

It was a fast process to get a small loan. I didn’t get the amount I needed but it was was more than what other financial institutions offer for a first time loan.

My loan payment duration is for 3 months this month of April is the last month, yesterday afternoon I completed the payment but FairMoney is yet to acknowledge the payment up till now FairMoney is still showing that I still have an outstanding payment for this month .
