Firstly, I believe there is an opportunity to provide additional training to the agent on best practices for customer engagement. During our conversation, I noticed that I was muted shortly after I inquired whether the call was being recorded for quality assurance purposes. The agent’s response came across as sarcastic, both in tone and demeanor, which I found unprofessional. Additionally, his tone throughout the conversation was somewhat authoritative, which is not ideal in a customer service setting. I would appreciate the opportunity to speak directly with a team lead or manager to provide further context and share constructive feedback regarding the interaction. As a note, my phone automatically records calls, and I informed the agent of this. Shortly after, when I asked if he was still listening, he abruptly ended the call. You may wish to verify this by checking your system to determine whether the call was terminated from the agent’s or the customer’s end. I took a loan of 12,000, made a transfer to my
Fair money account and paid but you people still went ahead to debited the same amount from debit card later that day making it double payment. I’ve reached to customer service many times claiming the payment failed while the money is with you guys, please return my money….

I try to borrow a loan they are asking me to add debit card before I can take a loan and I don’t have that why are you requesting for debit card can’t you add bank transfer to it cuz I don’t understand why I need to add a debit card first I guess I will just delete the app then since I haven’t taken a loan yet which because am asked to link a debit card
