The synthetic fibers instantly reminded me of a dolls hair. Unnaturally shiny, cut was all wrong. no bangs and much lighter color than ordered.
Paid $49 so I hot LESS than I paid for and shipped from China (which I didn’t see)

I’ve had an issue with the company I ordered a topper and a wig. I received the topper, but it took another almost 6 weeks to get the wig and then they completely sent me the wrong wig. It was supposed to be a blonde blonde Bob and it had gray, not flattering at all so now I’m trying to send it back and exchange it for something else. We’ll see how long that takes.
I ordered two wigs and am terribly disappointed in the two I received. They are not even good enough to use for Halloween. Pitiful- do not order from app - delete and move on from the thought of ordering. I feel scammed!
The color is horrendous.
There is one long section that looks silly and doesn’t even make sense.
I wanted to return, but the response was that return shipping to China would cost me too much, so they offered me a discount on my next purchase. No thank you!
I’ve contacted them several times regarding a wig they sent me that looked nothing like the one I ordered. I NEVER received any response from them about how I could return the wig and get my money back. Don’t EVER use this company unless you’re looking to throw your money away.

It get tangled and when you try to untangle it it get straggly. And more frizzy. Doesn’t have the curl like it did when I got it. I’ve only worn it twice.

These hair pieces are great, but they don’t carry burgundy on the ones I would want to buy. Oh well. Ill keep looking elsewhere.
