This is a follow up message from earlier. I see you are based in China and are not accredited with the Better Business Bureau. I highly recommend, you either send the product, immediately or refund my payment. Have you read your reviews...I wish I had! My husband is an attorney and make his complaint against you, go viral. I purchased on good faith what the company was showing in several pics and video.
Received…..NOTHING LIKE ADS
The synthetic fibers instantly reminded me of a dolls hair. Unnaturally shiny, cut was all wrong. no bangs and much lighter color than ordered.
Paid $49 so I hot LESS than I paid for and shipped from China (which I didn’t see)
Goodwill here I come! After all Halloween is 4 months away!

I bought a wig on Black Friday and still have not received it and there is no number in this app to call them and see what’s going on with my order?!?!? They had no problem taking my money but can’t ship my product to me! Frauds

I’ve contacted them several times regarding a wig they sent me that looked nothing like the one I ordered. I NEVER received any response from them about how I could return the wig and get my money back. Don’t EVER use this company unless you’re looking to throw your money away.
