Absolutely do not recommend. Paid off my loan over $8100 the next month had a tiny $15 balance that I assumed were some interest fees from paying in between billing cycles so I paid it and then the next month they’re charging me another full month’s payment of almost $250 even though I had been repeatedly checking my account for weeks with it showing a zero balance. Completely unethical. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

So they had a decent amount of reviews and was in the market for a short term loan. The application process was smooth and easy even there a verification call, but it’s already been a week and everything is still processing. After wasting my time me providing my financials, etc. I feel like this company is just fishing for your information. Would not recommend unless you want to expose your data.

I got a offer from them to refinance my car loan which was better deal than I currently have, went through the process and waited for documents they were suppose to email me to sign, but after waiting a entire week and two calls they kept telling me “oh it’s coming give it some time” they waited till my offer expired now want me to go through another new set of terms and process, complete and utter waste of time and a scam just to collect my information, bet they are selling it now. Avoid them this is a scam!

I had a great credit score until I chose to get a loan with this fraudulent loan company. My credit score was over 700 and when they were done playing games with me I was low 600… the lead me on as if I was going to get a loan only to deny me and when that happened they kept running my credit with other companies making it worse. Don’t use these types of loan companies because they don’t give actual loans it’s really an information grab and debt consolidation company. DONT DO IT

This company advertises that they will help anyone with any credit score. I went through some very bad times, and I do not have a good credit score. I am trying really hard to make my credit better. It’s very difficult to get anyone to approve you for a loan with poor credit, So I thought I would give this app a shot since they advertise credit score 350 and above welcome. But of course what they advertise is not true, because they would not approve me. Waste of time
**** UPDATE *****. So I was told to reach out to the company about my loan being denied ,I reached out to them, and I still didn’t get the loan. Complete waste of time. Do not go with this company at all.

I got my loan in a matter of a day. I have tried several times to set up Upstart so I can view my information with no luck. I deleted Upstart and reinstalled it a few times and still no luck. I would like to be able to see my progress on Upstart in one click without having to go to the website every single month.

Okay, Upstart is easy to use and getting a personal loan was simple, easy, and fast. Kudos there. The autopay though…. It never works. So make sure you have a schedule of each time you need to pay every month and follow it strictly. In my case I can never trust when it says that auto pay is set up. It will say it’s good to go, and then never pull from my account on the due date and now I have to pay a late fee 😒

The loan is easy to obtain with no hassle. The application process is simple and straightforward. I will recommend this process to anyone who is interested in applying for loan. Upstart is easy to navigate and useful friendly.

It took me 3 tries and over 3 months of hard work, digging into MY CREDIT REPORT, fixing MY MISTAKES, but within 3 months I was able to turn my credit score around and secure a loan for 9K. Hard work pays off. I will now get my new smile back thanks to this app!!!

Needed a few extra dollars to take care of a bill. They had me approved in minutes all from the comfort of my home. Didn't have to go to a lender and ask for a loan. Always felt like lenders looked down on you when asking.

I will always do business with this app because when no other loan businesses gave me the opportunity when I most needed them. this app was the last one I applied and they gave me the loan right away. I’m a loyal person in general and this app has gained a loyal customer forever. Thank you this app!

This is the first time that I have actually ever been approved for a personal loan. I am so happy that I finally was approved and that I can finally get some debt paid off. I understand that I incurred this bill, but I paid off three in doing so giving myself just one payment instead of three. I am so happy and thankful because this is I think a good move and will help improve my credit more thank you so much.

All the info I needed was right there: payment amount, due date, payment history. Only thing I missed was the estimated payoff date. It might have been there somewhere; I just didn’t see it immediately and didn’t have time to look,

Wasn’t sure about trying this out with all the mix reviews, but glad I did. I was approved with my low income to help pay off it CC’s. Instead of higher payments from them each , I have 1 low monthly payment. Been trying to work on my credit better and this sure will help.

Want say by far Upstart is legit and definitely recommend them the process is fast easy and response time within minutes I was spectacle and within 3 days deposit was in my account also you can talk to a live person if need be and get fast reply if you email them all very helpful👍

this app has helped me before and now has helped me again. I could have just waited but consolidating my bills really helps out a lot. You can put all your bills on one payment ! So easy to use and the guidance it gives you to apply is phenomenal. They also have many options and give you a choice ! Thank you so very much this app!

My son ran into a personal emergency and needed my help, I did not have the money at the time. I found this app and applied, and it was the easiest, less stressed steps to fill out my application and I was approved within less than 10 minutes. This by far has been one of the smoothest personal loan apps that I have ever used. I cannot be grateful enough for this app for being there for me when I needed them.

Professional, fast, & EASY! I recommend this to anyone! However give yourself 1-3 business days for it to get into your bank account! Plan ahead and don’t expect the $$ the same day!
