Life Budget - Personal Finance Reviews

After searching all week through numerous🤑 budgeting apps, and plugging in financial information into each one to see if they work, this one came close.

I can make two separate "paychecks minus expenses for each" in one month.

I can see a clear list of my income minus expenses totaling what's left over.
A-B=C

Should be easy to find that in a budget app, but low and behold, it's rare!

UNFORTUNATELY, it was like they began to create a great thing and then gave up.

LifeBudget was nearly perfect, but the recurring transactions aren't recurring.

They have a separate thing called "budget" where you plug in what you expect your monthly budget to be..., but it does not even vibe with the income/expense transactions so it just sits there. For me, the "income minus expenses showing what's left over" is the budget so I don't see the need for this extra thing called budget.

And apparently--according to the reviews-- they don't contact you.

There needs to be a Ripoff Report button in LifeBudget store because I am so done with upgrades only to be disappointed because they don't live up to the promises.

I think I may go back to paper and a calculator at this point or start trying excel.

Downgrading my rating to 1 star, as the crippling bug that I reported through their official support channel continues to go unresolved or unacknowledged after six months.

There is a pretty debilitating bug where your expense will not be saved. This is a big problem, because you will probably not notice that it wasn't added, which defeats the intent of tracking expenses. It seems that the bug is caused by adding any kind of details to the expense such as location or note. The key to this bug failure seems to be adding an expense description or location to the entry.

I looked at a lot of budgeting applications that provide a means of defining an envelope style budget, and this one seems to be the best. I paid for the premium upgrade because without it, there is a limit to the number of transactions that can be entered.

There are some bugs and some default settings that cannot be changed that cause me headaches, such as the inability to set the default budget view, and the inability to set the default budget period.

Once these things are added, it will be a solid four or a five star app.

I've been using many budget apps, but your app the the easier one and has a nice design.
But i still having one problem that i always forget to enter the money i spend and with days i keep it out, so i came with an idea. ...
I want to share my solution for that with you:
I google for this app logo and print it on a sticker paper and paste it in my wallet, so every time i open my wallet i see the logo then directly enter LifeBudget and record what i spend, best thanx ....

I love how LifeBudget looks and how everything works on it. However, the only issue I have is that I can't seem to find where I can view my current balance. I'd like to keep up with my balance as I have made transactions so I can see where I'm at. That's the only issue I have with it. I'd like to be able to see a current balance after my transactions. No point in using it if I can't quickly check my balance.

LifeBudget is pretty good and I've even bought the premium version because of how much I like the budgeting interface. However, I am giving 4 stars because LifeBudget lacks a general/overall view where I can see the balance of my expenses & income. I want to know how much I have left at the end of the month! If that function can be added, LifeBudget would be perfect.

Absolutely love LifeBudget!! Downloaded a bunch of other ones but this is the one I absolutely fell in love with and kept. Just missing a couple things tho. 1) I wanna see my balance after each transaction 2) setting a goal on how much to save like the Tally App... other than that great! Might upgrade to Pro

I have tried so many application and this is by far the best in terms of ease of use, design is perfect, and data provided. However it needs extra features, for example i would like to change my beginning of month date to the 24th i wish there was this option

I have the full version and love it! There are small things that I wish were better, like the map function. If I am not I the area of the place that I am adding an expense for it can't find it. I travel a bit and it makes it hard to keep proper records.

I really wish LifeBudget could be a 5 star app. It's a great concept but there's this really stupid bug where you enter a transaction but it doesn't show up. You can keep trying to enter said transaction, but it will not show up. I got it to show up by changing the day but then couldn't go back to edit it. When I tried to, it just never changed anything. This is so disappointing..

I've tried a few money budgeting apps but I love this one. It's simple, cute, easy to use & cheap premium, plus half off when you tweet& FB. It tells me my total after all transactions. I can add unlimited budgets and categories. Looove it!

We need the ability to reset the budget monthly in specific date each month .. Not necessarily the first day of the month

Very necessary and useful application for those who are used to control and plan the movement of money. A wide range of options makes LifeBudget a convenient and intuitive.

I just got a new iPod and I wish there could be an account so I won't lost all my tracking data after I broke my last iPod

There should be a calculation of the expenses and the income to see how much money we have left of the month. As well as an option to start a new month without carry-over money.

Its a great app but why it doesn’t show the balance amount ?
It’s just income and spend separately , then how we can see the balance after expenses paid ?

I like everything about this budgeting app. It helps me a lot when it comes to money budget, but I would love to see my balance so that I know where I'm at.

This budgeting app is great - clear and simple to use. I've been using it this week and it's helping me budget my spending. 👍

Super functional app that has pretty much everything you need to figure out your finances. Please, UPDATE for use on latest iPhones!

I like LifeBudget and have been using it for a few years. There were some issues that have been fixed (thank you developers). I have a few suggestions though:

1. Can LifeBudget show a balance, too?
2. Can the budgets have a carry-over option?
3. Can it be synced with other users in case people have a shared budget?

A quick way to separate incoming and outgoing. See what you spend every week and where it goes most.

LifeBudget is easy to use and really helps me track my spending. I love how easy it is to search by spending categories and I can create hashtags to organize my categories in more detail.
