How to fix Wellbeing app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Wellbeing app on iPhone
Update Wellbeing app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Wellbeing iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Wellbeing on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Wellbeing network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Wellbeing Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Wellbeing not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Wellbeing App
1. On android, goto Settings » Wellbeing » click [Force Stop]

Update Wellbeing to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Wellbeing App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Wellbeing » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Wellbeing.

Fix Wellbeing unable to contact server/ Wellbeing internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Wellbeing » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Wellbeing » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
