I obtained NetspendWallet for transferring money from my account to my daughter. Not only would it not allow me to link our cards, the customer service rep was the stereotypical joke: non-English speaking, long pauses, not able to explain the basics of the company, circular logic, insincere apologies and refusal to transfer me to a supervisor. I just erased NetspendWallet from my phone; save yourself the hassle and don’t install it yourself.
I’ve been trying to sign into my account all week and it keeps telling me their is a problem with the servers. Are y’all going to fix this ??
NetspendWallet freezes whenever I go to the transfer page, I’m unable to do anything else and the only to fix it is to close NetspendWallet and reopen. Please fix this.

I hate that you need so much personal information and it makes me feel unsafe and I buy a netspend card in dollar general and everything was ok I got NetspendWallet and it just a BIG NO I put 20$ in the card when I bought it and I was so happy but now I’m stressed and mad cause I wasted 20$ on a card that doesn’t even work 😡hope y’all fix that I still have it not even used!!!!😡
Net spend are rip offs I transferred money from Apple Pay to Netspend and they locked my account saying I was a fraud sent documents to show that it is my and still making excuses that’s they can’t unlock my account.

Everytime i try to sign up it says device verification failed. I restarted my device, i made sure my wifi was working and i tried again same thing whats wrong with this i also sent an email to customer service.
Someone please tell me if NetspendWallet has a widget option available!! I hate having to login in every time just to see if I was paid early please 😫
NetspendWallet is very fluid to use except for right here where I’m writing the review at I can’t see any of the letters as I’m typing .

I feel so classy with my Netspend. So far it’s the best prepaid card I’ve ever used.
