I obtained the app for transferring money from my account to my daughter. Not only would it not allow me to link our cards, the customer service rep was the stereotypical joke: non-English speaking, long pauses, not able to explain the basics of the company, circular logic, insincere apologies and refusal to transfer me to a supervisor. I just erased the app from my phone; save yourself the hassle and don’t install it yourself.
App freezes

The app freezes whenever I go to the transfer page, I’m unable to do anything else and the only to fix it is to close the app and reopen. Please fix this.
