After logging in it takes me to a screen for using fingerprint ID but since I don’t use that method it give the option to ‘skip’ which I hit but to goes nowhere. There are items I need to order but can’t get past this screen.
The scan products screen turns black. I have iPhone 15 pro, IOS 17.4.1.
Just installed the Benefits Pro app with the kind assistance of someone at (877)239-2946. The app is installed on my iPhone 11, iOS 14,7.1 (21E236) but it doesn't work in one crucial detail, upon selecting the Start Scanning button I am led to a blank, dark screen with nothing on it, and not functional; just before this window, and just for a fraction of a second, I see a white margined rectangle with some writing below it. That is all and nothing else. -In the app settings I have turned Off and On the green button allowing camera connection to the app. -Have reset the iPhone 11. I have gone into my app account details and found only that it needed verifying my email, which I then did. None of the above "fixes" have made the Scan Scree show itself. Just when I thought that the mysterious, labyrinth-like workings of Flex benefits were at long last being revealed to me in the form of Benefits Pro, Boom!, no scanning screen. Would appreciate your assistance.

Says that there is an error updating. I've deleted it and reinstalled, says the same thing.
