My big 1 Frustrating & aggravating complaint with this new app is that it keeps freezing on me, such as: if I want to read what mcg., the quantity it freezes, it won’t let me return, or go forward, the same thing, it’s so aggravating to no need, how can you say this an improved app, the old one may have brought me always back , but it never constantly kept freezing where I always had to re- enter just see what I want to order. BenefitsPro truly needs to be improved. It’s make me want to cry, I can’t drive, so this is my only way unless someone’s are kind to ask me whenever they go to any of the stores that accepts our card’s, otherwise this my only means, please fix BenefitsPro, I truly have need of ordering my needs. Please help, and fix this so it stops freezing, so I can order again. Whoever created this new app I BEG YOU TO FIX IT, REPAIR IT, HAVE MERCY, FIX IT THAT IT STOPS FREEZING & so I can place my order. P.S. I tried on my androied cell phone, it worked, but because it was small phone it was harder to read, so please I beg both you & Apple to please fix BenefitsPro, I need to order it on my iPad so I can read & see it better.
