I have used Boundless for some time. 2 days ago, the app would not allow me open my profile. Each time I hit the profile button, it brought me back to the login screen to enter my password. I checked to see if there were any updates needed on either the app or my iphone, but found none. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and also rebooted my phone, with the same results. I am able to go to my library webpage and open Boundless, and download items that way. But I would prefer to use the app,

I’m getting error that I have to many devices.

The playback on audiobooks cuts in and out and garbles the sound. Also the app does not keep my place. If I start listening for instance on Chapter 2 and listen to several chapters, the app starts the next time on Chapter 2, NOT where I left off.

In order to move forward to the last page of each chapter of the book that I am reading I have to go to the menu, close the book, reopen the book and then page through to the last page of the chapter. This started last week and is happening again on a second book.

On opening the app, it asks to find my local library which is weird because I've used this app for months now. When I put in my location, it only brings up school libraries, not the county public library system I use

I downloaded an audiobook to my I phone 8. I have downloaded and played several other books on the Boundless app. This time, the book shows on my shelf as Currently Checked Out. However, when I tap on it to play, the message is "Loading, please wait." I'm still waiting since last week. I tried logging out and back in, but that didn't help. The use of Boundless is not intuitive. I have tried to find the answer to this problem but can't. I typed "audiobook won't play" in the Help search box but it does not give me relevant answers. I'm very disappointed.

Can't download book. Keeps giving me an error to try again later

I have checked out and downloaded an e-book but I get the Blue Circle Of Death when I try to open the book! Other e-books I have checked out are working fine.

I’m having the same issue others reported: app opens to Profiles and is stuck on that page. I’m unable to get to any other page and therefore can’t access my account.

Hello, The app was working fine earlier today, but now it shows no "profiles" and no way to create a new one. I'm just stuck on a screen that says Learn More About Profiles in the center, and Manage Profiles at the top right. When I click Manage Profiles, the text will change to say Cancel, but nothing else about the page changes or updates. I've tried deleting the app and reinstalling it and am having the same issue. I see others have had the same issues recently. Please advise.

My downloaded audio book is telling me file are corrupt or not found and it happened at chapter 28. I've returned and rechecked out, deleted download and uploaded again. Phone restart. Phone off, problem continues

My book won’t open in the Boundless app. It worked fine last night. I updated my iPad this morning. Is there a conflict with the new update? I did update the Boundless app, but I only get the circle when trying to open my book. The same thing is happening on my iPhone.

error message that downloads are corrupted ... delete and redownload does not work in fact when delete does not look like removing though get dialogue box says they have ... ebook download seems working fine inly the audiobooks... thanks

Hello, When I log into the Boundless App, 3 out of 4 times there’s a page that says “profiles” but nothing else is on the page and cannot click on anything to exit the page. Secondly, once I am logged in, I am not able to access any of the books I’ve rented. It keeps showing an error message. Please let me know how to move forward. Best, Vivi
