- Difficult to figure out who is following you or find friends using the app

- Little book listings do not easily show selected edition/format

- No feature to track pending owned books (suggested feature)

The books I mark as read or owned do not update. I’ve read 5 books this year and the app says I’ve only read 2. Not sure how to update it or why it’s not working properly.

I really love the idea of this app but it is consistently not working? I got it at the start of the year and it's had some sort of issue not loading or working at least half the amount of days I've had it. Is this a new problem? Is there a solution? I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it.

cant get on my app or on the internet page to use storygraph, internet ist working but there is a connection problem. doesnt matter if it is on ios or android or windows per mozilla browser i am unable to even log in. very frustrating. greetings from germany

How to fix StoryGraph app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the StoryGraph app on iPhone
Update StoryGraph app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall StoryGraph iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix StoryGraph on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve StoryGraph network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

StoryGraph Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix StoryGraph not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the StoryGraph App
1. On android, goto Settings » StoryGraph » click [Force Stop]

Update StoryGraph to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear StoryGraph App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » StoryGraph » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart StoryGraph.

Fix StoryGraph unable to contact server/ StoryGraph internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click StoryGraph » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto StoryGraph » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch StoryGraph
