I’ve only had this app for a few weeks. It no longer works on my iPad. Black screen of death is all I get after it allows me to set it up. My settings are fine. My internet connection is super fast. I deleted and redownloaded. I paid the FULL price for a year, not the discounted one. And now, I’m stuck. I did try signing in on the web and after multiple tries and reloads of the page, it finally started playing my session in a browser. But, I’m too stressed now to do it. Is there a fix for the app?

I cannot connect, but have internet service and no problem with other apps or electronics. So frustrating. Was my favorite app and used it daily but now I get anxious just thinking about it, which certainly is not the purpose of yoga.

i can not connect,,,,but have internet service. I can easily use other apps and can access website just not any of the DownDog Apps. Please advise
