The system has been in place for months, but my medications are still not listed! Not sure why all info from old system didn’t migrate. My wife’s appointments are changed without notification. How can I get my medications entered quickly as I need refills and I shouldn’t have to call your office to do this. Lots of kinks still in the system.

I started getting message after message that I had test results. It was probably 15 in a row. After checking the results there were some that didn’t have any explanation and my doctor hadn’t provided a summary of the results yet. These messages came late at night so after reading them I couldn’t sleep because I was concerned but it was too late to call the doctors office. This is a horrible process. The test results shouldn’t be released until the doctor has had time to review them with the patient. This has been a horrible experience.

Had patient portal set up then moved to this and no information or anything to link. Says I need verification at next appointment. Terrible experience when you need to utilize.

I was able to get access once on my iPad but when I tried to access on my phone I was no longer able to review any doctor information on either my iPad or my phone. It keeps asking me to update password but that doesn’t help. I cannot get back into the system.

Cannot enter information. Information from shared sites does not work.

My son is the one who goes to the practice, but either I enter my own information (which doesn’t do me any good since I don’t go here) or I enter my son’s information and get told he’s not old enough to have an account.

The office states there are major glitches in the system. So far, I don’t think they can see my messages because no one has responded. Also, I’ve been looking for medical tests results that I can’t see in my chart.

Hopefully, there system will be fixed. I’m used to handling my elderly mom’s OSU MyChart with zero problems

COPC did not consider its patients in this conversion.

1. I am not able to send a message to my PCP. since I have a number of health issues I have been frequently sending him messages and asking questions. Can’t do it.

2. I cannot request a prescription refill as my drug list has not been migrated to Epic/MyChart.

3. There is no published phone number for COPC MyChart support. I called the old system support line. Waited 20 minutes to only been given a different number where I waited 60 minutes to talk to someone. They were of no help. This phone number should have been established before the first patient was using the system. Furthermore good records should be taken for all calls a reviewed by COPC management every day.

4. I had to search for a while to connect to my other MyChart providers (OSU and Mount Carmel).

It appears that COPC did not really consider
its patients in this conversion. Very little documentation or an no early videos were provided. We patients are the reason COPC exists and we seem to have been left to fend for ourselves.

I have entered and reentered my cell phone numerous times but never get a message from Mychart. It still says they don’t have a valid phone or just won’t send. For some other things, I can get a validation code through my email. Doesn’t show appointment which has been scheduled.
I hope this is not an indicator of its reliability!

I am unable to request refills on my prescriptions, because they were not carried over from the Healow app data. I have to call the office to get refills, until they have been refilled and then they show up on COPCMyChart .
In addition a blood draw at the lab was not scheduled on my last appointment. I am unable to send a message to the office to request a lab appointment because it doesn’t fit into the selections in COPCMyChart . So once again I will have to call the office in order get a lab appointment. MyChart was supposed to be a better app than Healow , but in my opinion it is not as good.
Hopefully it will improve, but I am sceptical at this point.

I hate it because it didn’t have a lot of my information in it, I had to enter my meds in myself so I can’t request refills. My wife’s information was never updated either.

I find it ridiculous that you want us to pre-register for our appointment but NOTHING transfers over. Nothing was listed when I’ve been a patient for years. This should be easy and not 15 screens plus of blank information!
Everything in my files should be there from health history to my medications. None of that was there so I skipped the majority or guessed because there’s no reason you don’t have it. As well as insurance information, identifying information like my license. All of that information has been on file for years. Don’t make the registration process so time consuming and difficult!!! There’s no reason for everything but my name and address to be blank. Worst online/app registration experience for an existing patient I’ve ever experienced. If I have to do that much work I might as well just do it when I get there and fill out paper forms. Won’t be doing this again!

Can’t access it. Keeps telling me I’m giving them wrong information. Not sure why my name, birthday and zip code have changed. And just try to get someone on the Help line!

Can't see any meds and tried to send a message and couldn't. Is COPCMyChart ready to use for everything or is it something I still need to do? Hopefully I don't have to add all my medications.

Can’t seem to get the account links right. I have several accounts linked and sometimes the information is there and sometimes it is not. My wife can’t link any of her accounts.

I like MyCharts for showing most of my records and allowing me to send messages to my physician. I don’t like it that every MRI, CT scan and x-ray has been omitted when MyCharts took over. Healow provided all that information and now I have no way to see it. I was not able to print results from Healow, but my charts all allows printing so I wish they would put those test results in COPCMyChart so I can at print out my results for my files.

Search tool needed to explore data on my chart without going to each section and scrolling. Would prefer search tool to find key word with a list of where they appear and the ability to tap and load the information. Would like to see list of historical medications and not just the current list. Would like to see doctors notes and reasons for prescribing certain medications.

I received my influenza vaccine and a shingles vaccine this past fall. MyChart keeps messaging me I need to get my influenza vaccine ! Not sure if it’s my doctor office that has not kept up on the records or it’s a glitch. Either way I am not sure I trust COPCMyChart. I mention of my shingles vaccine.

I’m happy that FPOG is using this platform now, it definitely needs some tweaks and some corrected information, etc. but I’m hoping that down the road it will be up to par with others.

Once I figured out that my Ohio Health MyChart wasn’t the same as my COPC MyChart, it was easy to sign up. I like that I can link both together so my Dr. can see any hospital stays and testing I have done at Riverside.

I’ve done both e visits, and personal. But I’d love to see an option for zoom meetings. It would make it more personal conversing with your provider. Sometimes it’s easier to explain your situation with a face to face visit.

The new App has a number of very good features, however I have lost access to some reports from Specialists, which existed in the previous Portal. There needs to be a method to pull specified information over to the new App.

I like using COPC for seeing test results, requesting RX’s, and leaving messages for Dr. Dipietra. i’ve had a difficult time getting my USERNAME & PASSWORD ACCEPTED!

I love that my doctors can go to one place and get information needed for my care. There is a lot of information in COPCMyChart that makes tracking of medical tasks, appts, payments, etc.

So far I really like this system! My last Dr and the system they had in place only worked 1 out 4 times, so I wasn’t able to see my Dr and towards the end he would just call me on my on my phone? I can move around easy and if I can’t figure it out the directions are great! Everything has been working really good and that makes me really happy so Thank You 🙏🏼

My chart is great, the best thing ever implemented.

I can review medications, keep track of appointments, get my test results in hours instead of days or weeks.

Better yet is I can track my results over time.
My chart gives information the tables or charts for trends.

Best thing is I can message my doctor with medical questions or simply request a refill of a medication. You can schedule or reschedule an appointment thru My Chart. You can do pre checkin at your convenience. Notify you are there for appointment bypassing checkin line in office.

All this without having to call the office.

My Chart is the greatest thing since sliced bread, peanut butter, and jelly.

COPCMyChart is incredibly user friendly (at least compared to others like it) and holds a vast amount of information about your health. It can track trends throughout years, vaccination history, emergency contacts, and so much more. I feel so much more in control of my health just by having access to COPCMyChart.

COPCMyChart is great and you’re able to get information from your doctor easier and more quickly than using the phone. I’m sure that the medical providers prefer COPCMyChart over phone calls as well.

The ability to link to other service providers such as Ohio State, Trinity, and Ohio Health is extremely helpful. The information COPC sent out seemed to be perfectly clear that it would not be fully functional until 1 October, but apparently some reviewers didn't notice that. Perhaps they will reconsider their reviews now that all functions are operational.

Fairly easy to use my only critique would allow me to add my daughter. That way I could see both her and I’s test results. Other than that the outfit seems to be working fine I like getting my time test resolved and I like being able to with my doctor, all in one app

I loves COPCMyChart! I can keep in touch with my doctor as well. I can see all my medications and all test results. Very helpful app to stay organized. This was a great idea.

I am thankful COPCMyChart, while my grandma has battled cancer I was able to have appointments & complete refills through COPCMyChart. My grandmother recently passed so being able to use this application was at least comfort coming from somewhere at least.

It is my opinion, that the website is perfect to stay abreast with the health Care services, doctors, and staff has been a excellent tool for the patient. It establishes communication relatives to what was diagnosed, and the doctors recommendations in terms of treatment. All the staff I have worked with had been very rewarding as it relates to my health.

I find that COPCMyChart helps me to stay current on my medical condition. I can find my test results and current list of medications very easy. I can message my PCP and get timely responses. COPCMyChart keeps the patient/doctor communication linked quite well.

I have been using the MyChart app since it first became available. I find it easy to access information. Data such as my list of prescription medication’s, supplements, and most recent blood test results are quickly at hand for another healthcare provider – even internationally!

It minimizes my number one pet peeve of filling out forms with the same information…Repeatedly.

Having the information available and accurate for another healthcare provider means that my healthcare is efficient and effective.
