Ridiculous you have to check in with SmileGenerationMyChart before you see the doctor when you physically walk in and speak to a real person who is sitting at a desk, in front of a computer and can check you in! This is just another way of making human contact go away. Poor form.

SmileGenerationMyChart looks harmless but did you know that they use your answers to the intake forms (online checkin) to make money? Probably not since they fail to clearly state this up front. Here’s an example…, Let’s say that you’re using SmileGenerationMyChart to checkin to your dentist and you indicate that you don’t have braces but do have an overbite, then you’ll start seeing ads on google for Invisalign almost immediately after your done. After seeing Invisalign pop up a few more times before your appointment, you somehow end up talking to your dentist about Invisalign. ….. Also of concern is that they don’t have privacy options in SmileGenerationMyChart , and they somehow get your medical records and automatically add to your profile and do it without your consent.

For dentists, don’t put your patients through this. Not a user friendly app. Won’t let you edit contact information which is why a $700 overpayment of mine was sent to an old address. E check-in is a tedious and annoying process that can simply be done with a couple of questions at the counter with office staff. Your patients will not love you for this one

Whoever is reading this I do not recommend modern dentistry to no one because you can leave them a message and they do not respond back to you they are unprofessional I left them a message way back in July and no one ever reached out to me I don’t like that I am no longer go in there they don’t even deserve a star I’m very unhappy with their services I give them 10 fingers down

SmileGenerationMyChart reminds you of your appointments and lets you check in but it doesn’t give you any details about your appointment or else the offfice doesn’t put any details about your appointment. It also doesn’t let you know that you have a copayment due so you are prepared to make a payment.

It does not show me a detailed statement for the charges that I’m being charged.

It only shows me what I’ve been charge for services, but it doesn’t itemize anything.

Being greeted at the receptionist counter, in person she asks “Did you check in online?” I’m standing in front of her. How ridiculous. I confirmed my appointment the day before immediately after getting the reminder. Why are we required to do it 3 times? . And actually, I am receiving duplicates of everything. I dislike the new procedure extremely.

It’s horrible and I wish my care provider didn’t make me use it. I can’t access receipts or detailed information about history. Worse, I can’t limit sharing between providers. On top of all that, EVERY time I log in, I have to change my password. This is not progress. It’s the worst of technology.

It is so difficult to navigate through the site. I’ve wasted 45 minutes of my day trying to figure out how to do my medical history and I still haven’t figured it out. This is ridiculous and so inefficient. I go to other doctors whose systems are so much easier to use. What is the point of this system other than to waste my time?

This Ap tells you everything and shows you your account information but….Doesn’t offer a way to pay through the Ap.

Called customer service. You can pay automatically with a check routing number and account number……as if you’re a crypt keeper who still writes paper checks.

Then when I called to speak with a customer service representative, the call center and computers are down and nobody is available.

The IVR does state that you can pay with a debit card over the phone, like a normal person, but will charge you $10 to do so.

Nobody wants there checking account number out there.

Biggest issue? You can’t set the Ap up without your account number. The card is 8 weeks out fro when you apply and so you don’t get your account number until it comes in the mail.

With the no interest for 18 months as long as no payments are missed, this will automatically make you late the first payment. Then they take no accountability and act like they’re doing g you a favor for taking your payment and not making it look like it’s late. Horrible.

Worst decision Emory had ever made. I can’t get my Doctors or Nurse practitioners to call me back or refill my prescriptions due to the fact that they say they are not getting my messages. When I call to schedule an appointment I can’t get anyone to speak to me. If you complain you are told there is nothing that can do about it. Shame on you Emory for uploading a system that was not vetted prior to going live!!! 👎🏼👎🏼

I’ve been trying to find receipts, past visit information and none of the helpful information is available. Only appointment info. All past information is irrelevant. Dr. Doesn’t leave helpful info.

I was provided a link to create an account, and found some information apparently pre-filled and that information was incorrect, such as my last name and an address that wasn’t mine (not even in the same state). I have no way to fix the name issue. I reached out to Epic for help but they just told me to contact the office that sent me the link. Fishy, and I find myself questioning how secure this system is, and why the lack of support and answers.

Never had issues until maybe a year ago. Every time one of us have a visit I have to redo my password. It would just be so much easier and less frustrating to say no changes or inform what the changes are. They end up going over it all anyway so what is the point in filling this out?

While I enjoy using SmileGenerationMyChart to make sure I know my appointments are coming up and I can add them to my calendar, I notice while leaving a message on SmileGenerationMyChart there was no reply back to my question. Why would you have something available and not answer your customer’s question? Puzzling

So I’m trying to make a payment but it’s not letting me, I used to be able to make payments before the update, maybe it’s a bug or something, please fix this!

Really appreciate how gentle and caring the staff were with my mouth. I came in with a dental emergency and handle the job perfectly. I really appreciate the care definitely recommend this place.

Could see my results a few days after having a test, maybe earlier, I didn’t check. Don’t have to wait anxiously for a letter, which I’ll still probably get. Very quick and super easy. Thanks!

I am accustomed to having a patient portal for my primary care doctor but it is great to have the same tool now for my dentist. Love being able to view my after visit summary and message my dentist with any questions!

I’m so grateful to have found medical personnel that use this software. I had never heard of it before. It’s easy to communicate with my doctors without having to call and easy to view lab results.

I love having one place to see all of my dentist and doctor appointments as well as a log of everything to that has ever happened. Amazing app!

Love the way they make you feel relaxed, and comfortable as a client. Great vibe always great energy when you come through the door from all workers!!

I like SmileGenerationMyChart with my dental care. It keeps track of
Info and sets appointments and other needed info perfectly for me. Made my appointments quick and easy. No needless paperwork when I arrive and a good way to track cost and charts .

App is great, super user friendly and super easy to navigate and use.
It has all information necessary, synchronizes with your need and works efficiently.
Definitely a MUST have app

I went for my routine check up after being gone due to Covid 19. My exam went great my appointment time was at 8 am and I was seen in time as well as my spouse. The office is clean and neat. My dentist Ms. Samira is wonderful she is effective, gentle and she listens to her patients. I highly recommend this office. I was able to get my teeth cleaned as well same day. This office professional and they are open on some Saturdays which is a plus. The front desk personal is friendly. You are greeted as soon as you come in the door and you can check in via they my chart app which is easy to use. It’s a really good app you do access your chart and make and cancel your appointments look up your after care summary and view anything you want.

It’s so easy to work with u can e check in makes it so much faster! U can also make appointments without having to call! So much better i love it so far!

Today is my 2nd visit @ Silverado Ranch Dentistry
I had a root canal today & I was really, really nervous & having anxiety at the same time. Before the procedure, Dr. Saro Oknaian explain to me how’s the procedure. I thought it’s going to be a painful procedure but I was wrong. It was my 1st root canal & I’m happy to share my experience that it was an easy one. Dr. Oknaian is really super good on what he does & his assistant ? sorry I forgot her name, she was very nice & helpful. All of them in this office are super duper nice.

I can view and pay my bill, and see other important docs at my fingertips. Check in is simple.

My chart is the best, you can see all your notes, prescriptions, anything from your visit, you can see your appointments, and you can also leave notes for your Doctor.

Love My Chart, it is an amazing App to keep track of your dental appointments and a great way to view your diagnostics, results, and keeps channels of communication open.

Extremely attentive and knowledgeable. The entire staff and amazing doctors made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived.
I am sincerely happy with my results and highly recommend their practice!

I came to Las Vegas to visit my son and mentioned to him about seeking dental treatment. My son recommended Green Valley Modern Dentistry as he is a current patient.
So glad I was introduce to Dr. Kevin Tan who offered to give me an examination and best course of action for my dental needs. He also mentioned that payment plans were available since I was seeking treatment at an out of pocket cost.
First impression I noticed was the friendly environment of the staff. Then from the time I started treatment (Extractions and Temporary Dentures) Dr. Tan gave full explanation of what was to be done and cost for treatment. Overall I was very pleased with the results that I plan to return sometime this summer for my permanent dentures.

I am so pleased with Dr. Kimmie and her staff. They have treated me me like family each visit. I just love hearing them talk about how great looking and healthy my teeth are. And my comment is “I’m trying to keep them as long as I can” 😂

Going to the dentist can be a bit nerve racking because you just don’t know if it’s going to be pain free or not. And once I hear the cleaner turn on my blood pressure goes up ⬆️🤣. I have a few spots that are more sensitive then others and once that little tools hits it whoa 😳

I have found that if I brush with Orajel right before I go in, I’m good to go. I just love my dentist, she is the best! Plus my wife don’t mind because she takes good care of her man’s teeth 😁 Thank you Dr. Kimmie.

SmileGenerationMyChart is very well made. It allows you to do anything you’d need to in order to prepare for a visit, schedule a visit, or check on prescriptions, etc. It seems like it might still be under development, as some features like messages direct you to a browser, but honestly it’s still very straightforward. I wish my last dentistry used SmileGenerationMyChart.
