CatholicHealthBuffalo is terribly made. I have tried so many times to log in and every single time CatholicHealthBuffalo errors out. And I know the information I input is correct because I put in the same info I use on a desktop, yet nothing. I’ve even tried deleting and re downloading CatholicHealthBuffalo and it does the same thing. How is this allowed to be an app?
Starting to be a pain trying to get it right!
Can’t schedule appointments. Can’t send messages to providers that you use. For example, physical therapy for me. It would be easier than calling, since I had to cancel an appointment and they have YET to call me back. Allow us to make appointments and contact our providers!
Went to use app and keeps telling me password is wrong but on website I have no problems I’d love to use CatholicHealthBuffalo instead of always logging in from website. Please fix.
CatholicHealthBuffalo is the most frustrating app I’ve ever used! I can never check into it, it always says the info I provided is incorrect. I’m sorry to say it is quite useless.

I have searched everywhere to find out how to link my chart on my desktop to my newly downloaded my chart app on my phone. How do I access from my iphone all the information that is on my chart on my desktop?

CatholicHealthBuffalo is ok. I prefer the internet on my laptop/desktop though Chrome. Easier for me to maneuver around.
