8 months agoI click on the link in the email you sent regarding registration for My Chart (Click on the image below to visit the COPC MyChart Website!). The link is dead. Can you provide me with a working link so I can access My Chart from my PC. I have successfully downloaded the app and registered on My Chart but I use PC access more.

Very difficult to use
I was able to get access once on my iPad but when I tried to access on my phone I was no longer able to review any doctor information on either my iPad or my phone. It keeps asking me to update password but that doesn’t help. I cannot get back into the system.

Test results before doctors summary
I started getting message after message that I had test results. It was probably 15 in a row. After checking the results there were some that didn’t have any explanation and my doctor hadn’t provided a summary of the results yet. These messages came late at night so after reading them I couldn’t sleep because I was concerned but it was too late to call the doctors office. This is a horrible process. The test results shouldn’t be released until the doctor has had time to review them with the patient. This has been a horrible experience.
