I was able to get access once on my iPad but when I tried to access on my phone I was no longer able to review any doctor information on either my iPad or my phone. It keeps asking me to update password but that doesn’t help. I cannot get back into the system.

I started getting message after message that I had test results. It was probably 15 in a row. After checking the results there were some that didn’t have any explanation and my doctor hadn’t provided a summary of the results yet. These messages came late at night so after reading them I couldn’t sleep because I was concerned but it was too late to call the doctors office. This is a horrible process. The test results shouldn’t be released until the doctor has had time to review them with the patient. This has been a horrible experience.
