This Ap tells you everything and shows you your account information but….Doesn’t offer a way to pay through the Ap.
Called customer service. You can pay automatically with a check routing number and account number……as if you’re a crypt keeper who still writes paper checks.
Then when I called to speak with a customer service representative, the call center and computers are down and nobody is available.
The IVR does state that you can pay with a debit card over the phone, like a normal person, but will charge you $10 to do so.
Nobody wants there checking account number out there.
Biggest issue? You can’t set the Ap up without your account number. The card is 8 weeks out fro when you apply and so you don’t get your account number until it comes in the mail.
With the no interest for 18 months as long as no payments are missed, this will automatically make you late the first payment. Then they take no accountability and act like they’re doing g you a favor for taking your payment and not making it look like it’s late. Horrible.

Whoever is reading this I do not recommend modern dentistry to no one because you can leave them a message and they do not respond back to you they are unprofessional I left them a message way back in July and no one ever reached out to me I don’t like that I am no longer go in there they don’t even deserve a star I’m very unhappy with their services I give them 10 fingers down

Hello,
Being greeted at the receptionist counter, in person she asks “Did you check in online?” I’m standing in front of her. How ridiculous. I confirmed my appointment the day before immediately after getting the reminder. Why are we required to do it 3 times? . And actually, I am receiving duplicates of everything. I dislike the new procedure extremely.
