Hi how can fixed my games in just play is not working

I upgraded the castle at level 14 at puzzles and chaos frozen castle game that I downloaded from justplay and haven't received my reward yet. I sent to email but no response.

I only have 1 acount, justplay is not converting coins. Have sent various emails but always get the same answer, and the problem is not solved. I enjoy playing the games but am very disapointed with the lack of suport solving the problem.

Force Stop the JustPlay App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click JustPlay app. » click "Force Stop".

Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
