Good morning I would like to know if your application can be installed on 4 cell phones per family. Because me and my three children installed Justplay and 2 of 4. after the 3 hour pass the conversion of coin into money, this is no longer true? and 1 no longer have the watch Video? can you help me tell me why? I have been having so much trouble with this app. This is the second time this has happened to me. The app was not working properly. So I deleted it and reinstalled it again. I had 7.55 in my loyalty account. Every single penny had disappeared. It took me almost three weeks to get that far. It started all over again from the beginning. And customer service is nonexistent. This would be a reason why I am with Mistplay. I sent them a message and asked for my earnings back. Let’s see how long and if they help me. (And if they put my earnings back. 7.55) I seriously doubt they will. Like before they did not help.
